I first started public speaking when I was 19 at a small business event in London. Since then I have spoken in front of FTSE 100 companies, Innovative startups and Universities, and I’m only just getting started!

The topic of my Tedx talk, this talk aims to inspire those who may be struggling or dealing with adversity to find strength and power through the pain. In this talk I share my own story of being kidnapped and raped whilst on holiday and the journey of healing I went through to find inner peace and happiness.
